2027 Mt Stirling School Trip - Alpine Camp Booking Request
In order to submit a Mt Stirling Alpine Camp booking request, please complete the required fields below.
With an increased interest in our wonderful Alpine Camp, we will be using a round-based application process for 2027 bookings:
• Round 1 applications will close on Sunday 11th October 2026.
• Round 2 applications will then open on Monday 12th October and close on Sunday 15th November.
• Longer stays (3-4 nights) will take precedence over shorter stays (1-2 nights).
• Supplying secondary preferred dates is strongly recommended to avoid disappointment.
Your Alpine Camp dates are not confirmed until you receive confirmation and deposit payment request from Buller Holidays. We aim to have these to you no later than 2 weeks after the application round has closed.
Please note there is a separate Expression of Interest form for lessons, guides, and rental equipment that also needs to be submitted.
